For this amount we will
- List your properties on AirBNB and Booking.com
- Generate interest in your property through digital marketing
- Be available to guests, all the time
- Manage enquires, bookings and cancellations
- Set the property’s daily pricing using price optimising software
- Check the inventory and inform you of items that need replacing
- Do the legwork arranging cleaning, maintenance and laundry
- Deposit your 80% earnings (less costs) at the end of every month with a performance report
(excluding initial interior design, property fit out)

Meeting
We meet and view the property in question. In person or online.
Financial Assessment
We provide a financial assessment based on existing short term rental property performance in your area. This includes an estimation on the amount you can earn with recommendations on the work (if any) required to bring it to standard ( property maintenance and interior design).
Contract
Should you choose to use Malachite Stays you are required to sign a contract with us.
Photography
In order to list your property on AirBnB and Booking.com, we enlist a professional interior photographer for images.
Listing Form
We will send you a form to complete, listing your inventory, and do’s and dont's for guests.
