Close to the Hout Bay beach, this quiet 3rd floor apartment boasts an extensive view of a river wetland from the living area, loft bedroom and balcony. The space feels very private. Both bedrooms have mountain views, built in cupboards and pure cotton bed linen. One secure parking bay within the complex. There’s a communal swimming pool, coin operated laundry and manned access control. A small shopping centre just across the road. A short drive to Llundudno. Strict rules regarding parties.
The Space
The loft bedroom can be made up as two extra length single beds OR as an extra length king bed. Travel cot and feeding chair available on request. Toys provided for smaller children. The open plan kitchen contains a dishwasher. There are coin operated washing machines and tumble dryers within the laundry at the pool area. There is a drying yard next to the apartment building. The complex is across the road from the PYT Cape training centre and located at the mid point of the 13 Peaks Challenge.
